Aishwarya Rai Bachchan went to an award function where Kareena Kapoor was already present and occupying a seat on the front row. Ash passed in front of Bebo and greeted her friends who were seating on both the sides of Bebo; but she chose not to smile or even give a glance at Kareena. The cold response or the no response towards Kareena Kapoor is a proof of the long standing differences between the two heroines.
The cold vibe between two of the hottest heroines of Bollywood is due to both personal and professional reasons. Aishwarya went into the bad book of Bebo as soon as she was associated with Junior Bachchan. It was Abhishek who broke engagement with the elder sister of Bebo, Karishma Kapoor. On the professional front also they are bitter rivals. Both are in a race to win the meaty role in the Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming new Hindi film, “Heroine”. It seems the rivalry is all set to continue.
